JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Phoenix Metropolitan

Principal Duties: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and Energy Management Systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic computer skills.

Credentials and Experience: High School Diploma and/or equivalent. A 2-year certificate or degree from an accredited school in HVAC/Refrigeration technology is required.

Special Requirements: Must be a safety conscious and detail-oriented person. Must be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be willing to learn, we provide ongoing training and advancement opportunities for all of our employees.

Direct Reports: None.

Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time maybe considered to coordinate with classes.

Wage Compensation: D.O.E.

Benefits: As outlined and periodically revised in the employee manual for an "hourly" employee. Service vehicle and ongoing training provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Phoenix Metropolitan

Role Summary: Install low voltage control systems for energy management and HVAC control.

Principal Duties: Install low voltage cabling, conduit, and controllers. Work with Start-up and Commissioning technicians.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: No experience required, but is preferred. Training provided.

Credentials and Experience: High School Diploma and/or equivalent. A 2-year certificate or degree in Construction field is a plus.

Special Requirements: Must be a safety conscious and detail-oriented person. Must be able to work from ladders and lifts. Must be willing to learn. We will provide on-the-job training that will give you skills for a lifetime.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Phoenix Metropolitan

Role Summary: Must be a sales professional, have integrity and honesty. Submit a professional sales plan with the Sales Manager. Go to assigned customers types. Promote and present Control Engineering, our product lines, system sales and achieve a gross margin and sales budget assignment. Have a professional attitude. Supports the day-to-day sales, service and operations departments of a large construction company performing a wide variety of sales, sales reports, quotes and administrative duties. Keeping in mind customer service is our most important product.

Principal Duties: Have an in depth sales approach, sell, promote, service and support customers. Needs to be able to read specs and plans. Have some working knowledge and decipher blue prints and drawings. Assist and perform with various customer service departments with typing letters, proposals and addendums. Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy job files. Assist in the preparation of submittals, spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, and other general sales and office documents. Learn how to price various aspects and portions of the jobs. Assist in customer support with correspondence. Manage and supply audit job requirements and paperwork trails. Be highly organized at all times with sales job files and reports. Professional customer attitudes meetings are a strong requirement. Building a long lasting customer rapport for the company's benefit is most important.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Sales or sales in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, contractor's, distributor or other disciplines are needed. General computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; a general knowledge of office environment procedures and protocols; a general ability to operate typical office equipment.

Credentials and Experience: High School Diploma and/or equivalent; a 4-year college degree in Business Marketing or similar type subject; education along with work experience may be accepted as an alternative to a 4-year college degree. Example working as a HVAC, electrical or mechanical distributor, or contractor salesperson.

Special Requirements: Job requires cultivating and maintaining customers being highly attentive to detail, accuracy, and thorough in completing work tasks. Must get along with other departments and help them excel and grow.

Direct Reports: None. Special assignments or other tasks at times.

Hours: Full-Time-- at times more than 40 hours (whatever it takes to satisfy the end customer, the company and yourself).

Wage Compensation: D.O.E.

Benefits: As outlined and periodically revised in the employee manual for a "salaried" employee. A base salary, bonus, and car allowance are commensurate with the job classification.
